We are looking for a experienced Web Designer to assist with the high level of customer projects we are encountering.  We are looking for someone with 5 years plus experience in designing custom web sites.  It is important that you have excellent communication skills as well as the necessary technical design skills.  As part of Adair one of your main objectives will to truly understand the clients goals and objectives and translate this into a web site that reflects their unique values. 

This person will work under the direction of our lead Web Designer.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and promote leading visual design for client web sites

  Develop and edit wire frames, mockups, visual designs, and images
• Work closely with information architects, content editors, and front-end developers, usability experts and analysts
• Work closely with clients to establish requirements

Requirements for this position include:

• Visual design experience (must provide examples)

.NET Architect/Lead Developer

We are looking for.NET Architect/Lead Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on production .NET experience for various Denver clients. Must have participated in several full-life cycle project using .NET as well as having been involved in the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

The right candidates will be well versed in Visual Studio 2005 with a strong understanding of the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, AJAX, ADO.NET, C# or VB.NET, Object Orientation, nTier architecture, and Service Oriented Architectures. Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for senior level .NET Developers with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on production .NET experience for various Denver clients. Senior Microsoft SQL Server DBA

We are looking for senior Microsoft SQL Server DBA with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on production Oracle DBA experience for various Denver clients.  The Database Administrator is responsible for overseeing the information technology platforms used to support back office database systems. The candidate should have strong Microsoft SQL Server administration skills. This is a hands-on database support role that will require performing all aspects of data and database administration, including hardware and software evaluation and installation, implementation of production systems, applications, and technology platforms, security administration, backup and recovery planning, data archiving, capacity planning, performance and tuning, research and evaluation of new tools and techniques, and development of policies, standards, and procedures related to the production database environment.

Job Responsibilities include:

·         Ensures all database systems, including clearing and accounting, are functional, operating at peak efficiency, and are meeting the requirements of the business on a daily basis.

·         Operate clearing applications in production, QA and development.

·         Performs administration of clearing databases in production, QA and development to ensure timely and accurate flow of data to financial systems.

·         Performs Database Backup Planning and Implementation to maximize recoverability

·         Performs Database Redundancy Planning and Implementation to maximize system availability

·         Executes archival and retrieval of clearing data and ensure all data archival meets compliance requirements.

·         Participates in monthly billing process including data verification.

·         Develops and maintains the automation of clearing and database jobs to improve team and job efficiency

·         Monitors the health of systems on a 24/7 basis to achieve maximum system availability.

·         Coordinate efforts with Database Development to ensure smooth transitions of new code between development and production

·         Performs all other duties as assigned.

Technical Requirements

·         3+ years experience with VLDB (very large databases) in a high transaction rate environment.

·         Experience with Enterprise Scheduling Tools, preferably Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.

·         Experience in the financial, securities or brokerage industry, with focus on equity clearing operations is a plus.

·         Advanced Technical architecture and documentation skills, preferably with Visio and Erwin

·         Experience with Microsoft OLAP

·         Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Senior Network Systems Analyst

We are looking for senior level Network Systems Analyst with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on production experience for various Denver clients. Must have experience architecting, deploying, managing, migrating/upgrading network systems.  Also, must have been involved in the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8+ years industry experience)

Certification: MCP, MCSE or MSTS preferred

Technical Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and IT consulting work experience preferred

·         3-4 years experience with Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server 2000/2003.

·         Active Directory architectural design, implementation, migration and support

·         Identity and Access Management technologies using MIIS and similar products

·         Knowledge of monitoring and virtualization software as well as disaster recovery concepts

·         VMware ESX/Virtual Infrastructure, Microsoft Virtual Server

·         UNIX authentication management and integration using Vintela Authentication Services (VAS)

·         Experience with Active Directory Federation Services would be a plus.
